Attached is a map we may use for a single player tutorial as the High Elves, a single player game as any kingdom, or a two player game with any two kingdoms.

Victory: control both regions.
2 regions, 4 cities, 10 towns, 14 villages, 12 sightings.
Range for emissaries is 5.

Cool stuff. My only 2c … when trying to come up with fantasy names it shouldn't look like you were trying to come up with fantasy names Smile

Have to agree that the names ring a bit tin. Westania?

The names can be changed easily, a couple symbols as well. The fonts for the cities and Road to Alamaze should not have the glow, etc. But as for the terrain I think it should be pretty fair for most of the 24 kingdoms.
