Alamaze 2017 Players’ Championship

It’s past time we began the contest to determine the 2017 Champion of Alamaze. 

·        Format:  12 Kingdom Silent Steel

·        Invitees based on the Honor Role Status Point Report for All Steel Games (http://fallofromegame.com/alamazeorders/valhalla.html). Find it under the scroll for Kingdoms, then Honor Roll Single Kingdom Games.

·        Participation in The Championship doesn’t cost a game slot, just the $15 setup

·        Currently inactive players that might claim a spot in The Championship will be invited to participate. 

·        Post to claim a kingdom on this thread.  One kingdom per zone, one kingdom per player.

·        You might be bumped unless you are #1 for status points for both kingdoms in your zone.

·        You may change your selection either as an accommodation to another player or just because you changed your mind, up until the game fills.

·        This Players’ Championship will be for the players: the development team will not take positions in this game.

·        Max 72 hours per turn, no High Council, no ally declarations, Silent. 

·        Winner will receive $100 game credit, and can name a town and Power 3 wizard in Maelstrom, and Glory eternal.  Silver will receive $50 game credit and can name a Witch (new character type).  Bronze will receive $25 game credit and can name a Sage (new character type).

Feel free to post any discussion, and claim a kingdom.  If you get bumped, claim another you may qualify for.

I am in. But it is hard to tell who can/should claim any particular regions. I don’t want to “bump” players. Is there a way to get a priority/order list published here?

I was thinking same thing about list.   I will create it sometime today.  Will list by zone and order considering both kingdoms.  Out maybe six slots.

If use Steel games only, Valhalla has this list by kingdom already. If you include duels and other specials, this will be a bit tedious. And less relevant to this Steel championship.

Steal only was my understanding.   But each zone has two kingdoms so I will organize that aspect.  Most the time if a wizard is in the region then then have all the best scores.
