Sorry I thought that was a joke as 1 to 1 is not cheap.  As indicated, I just need 10k but will buy more if cheap, 1 to 2.5 is cheap 1 to 2 is decent (my opinion, I suppose).  Will buy up to 30k if cheap.

To be clear: if someone wants to buy 30k food, I will sell it to them for 15k gold. Needs to be at least a 20k order of food for it to be worth the order. Next turn that goes up, so plan accordingly.
