Wow really, I field a rookie team, that couldn’t be filled since Aug 12 when this thread started. And the most experienced stacked team sets it up to take on a team with a player who has no stats and two others with zero 1st place finishes? compare to the 15-19 first place finishes on the other team, depending on how u count it. And one wonders why people stop playing.. smh Let’s get to it.
Actually PT, I know this is weird, but when you picked Nyvaria, you lined yourself up against Draugrs team. Had a more natural region selection occurred, it would have been 2,3,7 for you, 1,4,5, for Dragur, leaving you guys in the north, me and painted in the south. Similarly, pellinor was probably a mistake for us. We wanted to line up the two heaviest hitters against eachother, but be in a position to keep an eye on both of them.

I know PT is upset but it was nothing of trying to set up vs a weak team. if we played nice and took "our corner" other teams would not have to respect the land grab and start drafting kingdoms. So instead of likely picking kingdom 4 or 5 we would have been picking kingdom 9 or 10 as our first kingdom.

What are you talking about? Team A picked Triumvia, they had the whole upper corner... my pick was the perfect pick available!!! It put my team in a good position to be together as we entered our last picks, right up to team A picking what they did. And I really don’t care what heavy hitters you were trying to line up, your arrogance of trying to explain to me about my “natural regional selection” means absolutely nothing to me.. A selected nothing close to his starting pick, and has set his picks and kingdoms to be perfect adversary to my rookie team.. explain any way you want, and maybe you can convince yourselves of it otherwise. NO BIGGIE, LETS GET TO IT..

Yeah, I can say that it was the RD pick that made us want to throw the cards in the air. We certainly were not looking to target a weaker team. Plus, if anybody pays attention, I'm usually the idiot who goes straight at the strongest player on the board.

Besides, you kind of proved my point, you wanted the NE corner... I assume you expected Draugr to take Crown and Krynn. That leaves Darkover as their obvious first target. Just like our last game.
