(RA) NO - Nomad friend, if I am forced to chose between our NAP and the MDP with SA I will have to chose the stronger agreement. I truly hope I am not forced to make that decision. I'm very content with the desert dwellers and would like to stay that way. Your favorite season approaches!

NO- SA. Here's my offer: I take your sea holdings and leave the rest alone. Apparently you are gaining in Torvale so you have plenty to share. In return I would agree to an NAP. If you decline I'll take all of that and more. I'm not concerned about your military bc I kept my troops at home, where we have absolute Supremacy in the sands. Bring your troops down- I'll be happy to fight them in the desert after you move for 5 turns.
