(RA)  - NO, and  SA  It appears my diplomacy puts me in the middle of a potential conflict.  I have a long term NAP with NO and a long term Mutual Defense Pact with  SA.
No, might it be possible to turn your attentions elsewhere?  GN could certainly use some major help and TY has most of Runnimede.  I've a NAP with both of them that will soon be over.

The gnome King appreciates the well wishes of the Ranger king however more armies running around in Runnemede would likely confuse the situation.

There are spells in play, although purely defensive in nature, that might negatively affect a casual visitor to the area.

The young Tyrant king does have Holdings in amberland. Perhaps the nomads are paying him a visit there?
