I would give WWII a shot, but would prefer fantasy and scifi.
If you can get this all to GUI, I would play anything.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. You know, in Axis and Allies I have no problem playing the Axis powers. In something as involved as an Alamaze style game, I don't think I could ever bring myself to play them - my Dad was in the war. I'd play a sci-fi game or a WWI game, though.

As both an Axis and Allies player and a WWII Civ Mod player, I would definitely be interested in a WWII game. Sci-fi would be good too.

This is on hold. I need to get The Choosing up and running (that is, Mike needs to get it up and running once I get done putting around) and then I have had a small company ask me to do a board game. I have to admire their knack for identifying talent, but a board game involves a lot more investment in the production so I will probably try to get the best design of my life for that, to maybe hope to make a niche there comparable to Settlers of Catan.
