This probably isn't the right place for this question but why is there not a game with all 15 kingdoms? Why always 12?

Just takes longer to fill, is all. Plus it's a little bit less forgiving in the early going.

Maybe the next game after the current anonymous one will be 15.

I would say because it is much harder for the kingdoms that share regions if they can't communicate with them. Fighting from turn 1 can end up hurting both players.
