Yes for draft we will draft regions then let HH know which kingdoms are being played but every region needs to start with a kingdom capital in it. Vball can choose to pick first or second. Draft will not start until after we both have a chance to talk to our teams.

What turn around time do we want for this game. Seems maybe best to do a 446 schedule to allow time for communication between the large teams. I am fine with any schedule myself except once a week.
