I normally keep my posts here strictly Alamaze-related, but I am making an exception. If you watch the show 'Shark Tank' and ABC tonight, you'll see my cousin-in-law presenting his science-toy TROBO. His name is Chris Harden and he's the tall skinny one. Great guy and a cool product. I can't wait to see whether or not he gets a deal!

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

My wife loves that show. Ok, will watch for tall skinny guy with cool product. Good luck. Wait, didn't it already happen? He just can't tell you the result?

He didn't tell anyone the result. They didn't even tell him when it was airing until a couple weeks ago.
It aired tonight. I don't know where that high pitch vouce came from. He must have been, understandably, very nervous. I was cringing at first.

Congrats - nice result.
An Orlando-based company that created an educational toy robot impressed the sharks on Friday’s episode of “Shark Tank,” landing a $166,000 deal from investor Robert Herjavec in return for one-third of the company, contingent on a deal with Dreamworks.
Cofounders Chris Harden and Jeremy Scheinberg pitched the sharks last summer but the episode did not air until Friday night.

I had no idea that he pitched it last summer! The guy can keep a secret, for sure.
