Rick I think you should replace the AT with the DE.   Swap the PI with the RD.   that likely levels the playing field better.

A draft for team pairings and a second for kingdom pairings seems fair. I suggest the Experienced partner draft for kingdom choices.

Many newer players don't subscribe to the signup thread, so it may be a matter of some time before they check in to see what's going on. Ry Vor - you may want to consider a mail broadcast to registered players at some point in the signup process. Like now, when we just need a couple of players to get a game going.

I am thinking 5 teams would be better for this leaving out the dispersed kingdoms. They tend to cause an early confrontation that could get in the way for letting a newer player take there first region and build/expand from there.
