Isn't Atuan also in this? Seems a good idea to keep the kingdoms on opposite sides. I would think IT and Atuan could draft players privately. The one with first player pick would decide how the regions art decided and the other would select which set of regions they want. Then both talk to there teams and assign kingdoms.

I can't guarantee that the outcome of the vote will be pre-selected regions, people may want to stick with random kingdoms/teams or even whether mage kingdoms are in or not. So didn't want to commit him given some of his statements.

I vote for preselected regions or One side chooses the regions of both teams then the other team pics the side they want.

I am willing to play as long as we can control it such that we don't have one kingdom stranded. If everyone is agreeable to start this as fair a fight as possible then I will join. I don't care if we have wizard kingdoms or not.

I have no problem with IT and Atuan leading each side. The kingdoms don't matter so much too me as the balance of positions.

I still prefer the idea of truly random (let the chips fall where they may and deal with it). However, I get the sense that others would prefer more structure and I have no problem with Atuan and I captaining opposing teams if that is the consensus.

I was thinking regions 1, 4, 5, 9, 10 vs. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8. Both teams get a central region, both get 2 in the South and 3 in the North and there's a clump of 3 and a clump of 2 for each team (sort of like two diagonals).

1,4,7 and 2 middle regions vs 3,6,9, 10 and 1 middle region seems better.

Do we have kingdoms decided upon or is that still open?
