on the artifact front. I had 4 artifacts in R7 superior, excellent, 2x fine
seem to be placed random because two are next to each other.

6 in my region, though 1 of them was the twin adepts. 3 exc, 1 sup, 2 fine.

I am testing political power against Tight Control this turn on someone else's villages and towns. He may not be happy about that....

Now that fortifications are being built (with hopefully a Thieves Guild or two), I need opposing kingdoms to perform agent missions to see if the building counter-espionage benefit works properly.

I have a Thieves Guild at my hidden capital (UH) if someone nearby wants to try. I won't set any agents on 920 orders so it will be a pure attempt.

I moved an agent 4 EG of the RAnger kingdom to NU city with greater castle

Should have +30 counter espionage. Please try to capture or kill him. No other agent on counter.

I was thinking someone could just try to scout NU or the PI capital to see if counter espionage is working. Maybe do both so both fortification CE and thieves guild CE are verified.

I cast a sleep on him, then trying to kidnap with a level 5 agent. There won't be nothing left of my poor agent. .
