To the North is his ally the DU. in Zanthia is his servant/vassal (despite the rules) DW. It is up to the East and West to stop him. Wait a turn or two and it will be too late for you all.

Looks like in order to take the region of Darkover back over I'll need at least one more of your popcenters that I agreed to let you keep. You can see I'm in position so am looking for you to agree that is in the spirit of our peace agreement. Any objection?

My post was made 1 hr before the turn ran. The DE do have honor and DO respect rules we agreed to. Each rule should be honored. Communication, just 1 ally... just 1 three turn NAP...
If we do not honor what we agreed to then we cheapen the game.

From an outside view, looks like one mistaken late communication. Draugr handled it correctly by not responding, and that issue should be done.
