Noble Druagr, why have you chosen to visit my region at one of my towns? Maybe you could be persuaded to leave without causing damage? I might have something that you could find useful in trade.

I think it must be the Elf playing a prank on you. We have double checked with our military and political leaders, no Dragons of any kind in your region. Maybe it is the Red Druid or Ranger’s Drony.

from your village, go one space to the right, and up one. also, one space to the right, and down one.
