Pellinor, because I'm about to prove whatever sorry kingdom is left over I choose Pellinor because it has the highest ratio of water to land therefore making it the most likely to have a water town or even city, assuming the unpredictability of PC placement is as we have been told. (discounting the watery edges of the map, of course)
