Regions are selected 1, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 12, or 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11
Lord High Goodness has "called dibs" on not taking the first one, thus requesting 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11 for the Good Guys

If agreed, Dr. Evil can just announce the 1st Region for his team.
