Plow of prophet working as intended?

I had plow of prophet and then created a second one.  It then doubled the already doubled food production for that pc.  It's not technically wrong but not sure if that was intended.

This one, I'm not so certain that it should be changed because artifacts normally stack with each other. For example, if you have five weapon artifacts in a group, they all contribute to the group's combat value. Should I change the plow to act differently than the other artifacts? Would that cause confusion? I'll do what the players want for this...vote below...

Leave it as is.  Seems to be consistent.

I think that is overpowered. We just reduced the Plow from 3x to 2x because the 3x was unbalancing the game.
Allowing this to double the double makes it 4x, really unbalancing. And maybe you could double that again?
Maybe just limit a PC to one plow. If someone makes extra plows and spreads those around, so be it, but don't allow the multiplier on top of the multiplier.

Allowing weapons to stack at 15% each does not give that kind of multiplier.

Agree, limit one to population may be easiest way.
