Um...we're not on the same page with value. There's more gold than that in the encounter for the sword plus the value of the sword itself. I was thinking 40k
How about this, I will buy the key for 10k then sell you the artifact for 50k. The 10 I paid for the key and the 40k you think the artifact is worth.

FT-RD: Geez, I'm already having to fight off the filthy Death Knights. Why not find somewhere else to expand to? Or is Pellinor going to become a three-way?

DU - RD I cant believe you let the FT scare you away. You came to a region with high level wizards. You should move back to Pellinor. The FT is no threat but you will find that Mythgar is a dangerous place.
