There are 4 Quest level artifacts.  Two are certainly worth it.  Two are nothing but an exact duplicate of a Superior artifact.  Why would someone go to all the trouble to get Elan when there are 2 other swords just as good?  And Ring of Spells is just as good as Ring of Power.
With the extra effort required to get either, should not there be more to them, or less to the others.

Ring of Power gives the wizard some protection in combat - won't die from "regular" combat. This isn't a big deal I admit; a small perk.

You can get the location of YOUR OWN ARTIFACT if you got the artifact from customization. That was quite a surprise!

Note that all setups still require a leader of a specific rank to recruit. This is not true for recruiting from a PC or from the wild. No leader of any rank is needed in any recruiting. This should be updated.

John, this was an update by Mike last time he worked on program.

6) The Magic Resist (Battle) kingdom trait was changed from 33% resistance to being a 33% reduction in harmful magic spell damage (not reducing it to zero during battle).

Just cast death against a kingdom with this trait and it DID NOT work as stated, said kingdom took no damage. Like it used to be before the update. This could have cost me late in a game but didn’t. Need to make it one or the other and list it properly please. Thanks

Wouldn't Magic Resist (or Immunity) (Death) be the trait checked when you Summon Death, not Magic Resist (Battle)?

I don’t know anymore. Tbh started reading all of these and it is confusing.

Magic Resist Death? Immunity death magic, and I guess, resist battle magic? Idk.

You are correct, my mistake. I think this is correct:

You have these:

Immune Death magic**** no change no summon death or kill spell will work.

Resistance to death magic*** = 33% damage or no damage if save made?

Resistance to battle magic*** changed to just take 33% of damage.

Summon death is a pre battle spell so not covered on the battle magic resistance.

So working as intended I believe.
