AN - HA  well, I one of us is having trouble with directions, my Baron got lost.  Can you just relay the location?

AN - DK  You might play host to one of my Emissaries next turn, pay him no mind he is passing through.

Its also good to get a few trained as suicide bombers for mages/Warlords who come knocking, deters the overly aggressive when they lose all their mages and leaders.

That's a little above my level of understanding, at the moment.

I tried to send you a peace offering, this turn, but the system wouldn't let me, since you weren't formally listed as an ally.

Well, the Elementalist didn't conquer the Underworld town located at area WP. I did, however, receive the following report, this turn:

Nimbus Sign     The powers in charge in Nimbus Sign (Area WP) rejected the overtures of the
diplomacy of the 1st Elementalist Major General Iovin Stoutboot despite
being assisted by the entrancing words spoken by the sorcerer named Ordric
                            Maycott.

LY -- > UN

Lord of the Shadows it seems you have decided to invade my region.
Your Count is now one of us and has no desire to return to your kingdom. Knowing you only recently came to power I'm willing to overlook your crimes of aggression as simply a tactical mistake, or was it truly the opening salvo in a war? You decide.

Sorry I will explain better.
Often military groups will invade and kingdoms like the UN don't have the physical resources to resist them on the battle field.  That said if you have say 20 Agents trained to level 20, and sitting around you can send them in on a mission knowing they likely will not return but knowing the agents life < Warlord or mage.  Losing a 25%-75% bonus a warlord or 3 grants to troops or the mages ability to cast shield/valor/fear/crack the sky all far out way the life of an agent.  Its very punishing for a lot of kingdoms if the lose a mage they have stuck a lot of money and time into, you on the other hand simply roll out another "inactive" agent and keep moving.

Well, I didn't invade your kingdom, as you didn't control the town in question, when this epoch began. I had an emissary to rebel the population center in area XC, when it was controlled by humans, of all things. As I recall, you only actually gained control of the region known as The Sword Coast, this turn. I haven't taken any actions against assets that belonged to you, or which you controlled, as of last turn.

Have I troubled the village of Arasi Night in area ZG, since this epoch was heralded? No, I have not.

My bloodline does not flow from Kings of Olde, who may have inhabited the lands of the realm of Alamaze in eons past. Accordingly, I bring with me my own way of looking at things. Thus far, I have focused my efforts upon exploration of options and possibilities. I have committed no crimes of aggression against the werewolf peoples. Speaking of a supposed opening salvo in a war that simply is not gives me cause to wonder if, perhaps, you have become rabid. I say that, not as an insult, but rather, as a way to highlight a misconception of your own making. Surely, the famed Lycans of lore do not seek prey that is weak and beneath them.

I do not consider taking actions against unplayed Human and Neutral lesser realms to be a tactical mistake. Perhaps you do, as is your right, but my kingdoms customs are its own, and your kingdom likely isn't accustomed to them. I am not so lightly goaded to take up arms and embrace a bloody and costly war - a war which holds no real interest to me and my kingdom's peoples. The Underworld is the Kingdom of Shadows, and much like clouds casting shadows across all lands without inflicting harm, my minions' presence is scattered to and fro, exploring here and there, per my instructions to them. I am no monster that lies beneath your bed, Lycan Overlord. I intend your realm no harm.

I was going to ask you if that character had died, or if it had become a werewolf? I lack intimate familiarity with the messages that the Alamaze system generates, so uncertainty remains a large part of most everything, for me.

Elquelian           Count Elquelian report on the mission to usurp control of the Lycans town
of Master Port located in area XC: My delivery would not be affected by the
Lycans inconclusive influence in The Sword Coast. Although the people of
The Sword Coast seemed almost enthralled with the Lycans rule, I measured
this into my plan. I found a grassroots conservative base resisting my
overtures, in support of the Lycans monarchy. I found a grassroots radical
base assisting my overtures, in favor of changing the Lycans monarchy. I am
regretful to report that my dipomacy was spoiled by a paid-off aide,
resulting in failure to move the people to rebel against their former
                            ruler, and joining our kingdom.

On my last turn report (Turn #5), the game system listed the town of Master Port as being controlled by a Neutral entity. I suppose that's because it wasn't under Lycan control, yet. The only real way to gain familiarity with the game, as well as the messages that it generates when processing turns, is by experimenting. If I were to experiment with things already under the actual control of other played kingdoms, I figured that might be inherently problematic. If I also don't experiment against Humans and Neutrals, then I pretty much run out of options, at that point.

The Turn #5 results provided me the following messsage:

Elquelian           Count Elquelian report on the mission to usurp control of the Neutral town
of Master Port located in area XC: There seemed no organized conservative
body in support of the local regime. I found a grassroots radical base
assisting my overtures, in favor of changing the general monarchy. I am
ashamed to report that my plans were leaked by a conservative infiltrator,
resulting in failure to move the people to join our kingdom.
