Greetings Elementalist from the Necromancer. Can we strike a deal. I have village in your area you have town in mine. what turn would you like to tax your town and Ill tax my village same turn.

I'll be honest I'm not sure who set it up but this needs to be full diplomacy. We have limited enough players new people coming in need interaction and to be able to get a feel for the game. I'm this is a problem let me know and I can remove the limited diplomacy as an option in setups.
