People seem to be saying regions snake draft. So...pick regions first, then kingdoms, or mix and match? The post above seems to suggest mix and match.

I'll stick with picking regions - Nyvaria and Pellinor for me.

Player D (Cosmic) picks all 3
Player C picks 1 region/kingdom
Player B picks 1 region/kingdom
Player A gets final region,/kingdom

Then:
Player D picks 2 kingdoms/region
Player C picks 2 kingdoms/region
Player B picks 2 kingdoms/region
Player A picks all 3 kingdoms/region
Player B picks 1 kingdom/region
Player C picks 1 kingdom/region
Player a picks 1 kingdom/region
