Was looking at records. How do you get an agent to 25th level?

UN can train to 20, get 3 more from missions, 1 extra from Thieves Guild building. Where do the get the extra level from?
Same thing with DA. LY and LI both make 3 over what I can figure. What am I missing?

Shocking this game could end so quickly considering comments about not being aggressive on expansion and to help the new players. I must have missed the post saying it was scorched earth time.

This game is far from over. All I did was move into regions that were vacated by dropping players. Then the Amazons attacked me, so I gave a lesson on counter-invasion. Now it appears the Gnome is attacking me. My offer still stands - I will help and give advice to anyone who asks, including folks attacking me. Nobody has asked for advice even though the turns are a week apart and it has been going on for 4 months now. I have made no effort to win this game, just filling empty spaces on the map with the slow-moving and magically-challenged Dwarves.

Welcome all. I am playing the Dwarf in Zanthia and plan to just build up and not attack folks unless attacked. Happy to help with any development or attack questions (even if attacking me).

All those pop centers were owned by the Amazon last turn. But hey, sorry, the guy with three regions and part of a fourth is running into an obstacle! Smile

was not complaining one bit, happy to have the contest. so far, i have just moved into empty pop centers. i really think we need to solve the people-dropping-thing going on.

And everybody knows the gnome is sneaky.
