Why not set it with a random snake with each player drafting either a position OR a kingdom?

If you did that, you could pick the CI and end up in Zamora, or some such. That would eliminate the benefits of that kingdom.

Gents if you like I can pair up kingdoms with regions. so the Cimmerians are up north ant the Pirates are by the sea then you can have a one round dradt.
