If not intended for veterans only game, I would like to sign up. Though I played many games still looking as newbie. Nevertheless enjoying extra initial gold.

English is not my native language, however as far as I know, "I'll play" and "I would/could play" giving different meaning. Seems "I would/could play" is correct in your case.

There are 11 kingdoms to choose from:
Amazons (tier 3)
Ancient Ones (tier 1)
Atlanteans (tier 4)
Demon Princes (tier 1)
Druid (tier 1)
Fairy Folk (tier 4)
Forgotten (tier 3)
Illusionist (tier 2)
Nomads (tier 1)
Pirates (tier 4)
Underworld (tier 2)
Kingdoms will be adjusted by Brek as follows:
Tier 1 kingdoms are unchanged
Tier 2 kingdoms gain an extra 3000 food and gold production to the capital, and an adept is raised to a p-1
Tier 3 kingdoms gain the tier 2 boost, plus an extra point of influence
Tier 4 kingdoms gain the tier 2 and 3 boosts, plus an extra 20,000 food and gold
If someone would like to propose a change, please do so!
