Here's what we have a couple hours after announcing early signup:

High Elves of the Golden Woods / Morgan Kane
Seven Hells of the Demon Princes / Lord Diamond
Shadow Brotherhood of the Underworld / Lord Thanatos
Rangers of the Frontier Marches / Wulfgar Skullsplitter
Dark Skies of the Black Dragons / Frost Lord
Witchlord's Empire of Doom / Kal Rex
Damned Lands of the Troll Uprising / The Silent One
Dwarven Lords of the Talking Mountains / Nikodemus
Onyx Imperium of the Dark Elves / Valtteri the Bludgeon
Secret Servants of the Ancient Ones / Lucky Tiger
Reign of Terror of the Red Dragons / Daenerys Targaryen
Great Gnomish Bastions of Alchemy / Magnus Spiritus
All still subject to final signup process and I didn't give warning to a couple playtesters. Nothing official, but as of 5pm Saturday, there are still a couple spots in 100 and a few reserved in 101 but many open here before 6pm Saturday.

It looks like the Sorcerer and the Giant are still unclaimed. Both very cool kingdoms and the Sorcerer is stronger now than he was in the past!

Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. It's Sunday, but I wanted to update this.
Yes, Syphax has reserved the first Titan of the Stone Giants position, and now we have our first Enlightened Magus of the Hidden Realm of the Sorcerer in the form of Keeope.
Game #100 now has all positions reserved.
Still accepting requests for Game #101 which will start simultaneously with Game #100.
