RA is crying about me raising my infl too much and would prefer me to enamor this turn.... any opinions on this?

You should give the RA everything he wants. And a pony. A unicorn pony. With ebony beads in its hair. And a mirror-glass bridle.
Mostly though, the RA just wants to know if you'll be raising influence once this turn (via HC vote) or twice (with the HC vote and a 480 order). That way he can decide whether to respond with a 480 of his own to save his order slot since his order slots remain the same if you just raise influence the one time.
You have to decide if it's worth it to spend 15 000 just to raise influence by .7 this early in the game.
It's worth it to me because I'd lose an order slot otherwise.
