Doesn't the ward spell protect from 'find character' spells already?

Ward doesn't protect from Raven Familiar, Agent Recon, or Palantir. Right now, there is no way to hide a character from people looking for him.

I imagine that he would get some spells, such as the 'Invisible' Brigade around P-3 like the Sorcerer does. I think it might be cool if a couple of new spells were created just for him. How about something like these:
*Invisible Patrol. That could be useful for scouting, seraching unusual sightings, and protecting valuable wizards. It would be a P-2 spell.
*Glamor. I can't think of a better name, but it would be a spell that temporarily promotes a noble. A Governor would have the abilities of a Baron for a turn.
*Hide Character. If you have a noble that you want to keep hidden, like a king or the her to the throne, you might cast this spell to make them invisible for a turn.
There are some interesting possibilities with battle spells as well. There might be some illusion spells that seem very powerful during combat and make the enemy think they are taking more casualties than they really are. Battles could be won this way, but little real damage would be done.
How about a spell that creates the illusion of an army where there is none. A patrol could appear to be an army group.
I think that illusionists groups should be masked in certain terrains automatically.
That would be a high level spell, but I think it would be a good one. An even higher level spell might allow you to create an illusion of another kingdom's army. Imagine the drama you could start with that!

Illusionary diplomacy, which could make a brigade look like an army and turn a town or city with out a fight.

May I humbly present a few ideas?
A new HP order: Slow Decay - HP slows the decay of left over food reserves by 10 percentage points. Must be at capital city to work
A new wizard spell: Repel Vermin - The wizard drives off rats and other vermin for the kingdoms stockpile for one month reducing food loss by 10 percentage points. Group with wizard must be in same are as capital.
I also would love to see several new types of spell casters that not all kings would have access to. For example, the dwarf and gnome start with an alchemist, the elf, ranger and dark elf a Druid and the witch lord a necromancer. They all have a few of the standard spells as well as some unique ones.

Sounds awesome, It would be cool if there were certain tyoes of wizards, each with certain advantages and weaknesses. Say a necromancer can summon brigades faster but no access to Invisible group spells. Illusionists with faster access to chaos and Invisible group spells but hampered with limited production spells or something. Anyways it looks exciting

I would still like the kingdoms to have the standard "wizards" like they have now, but substitute one of the vanilla ones for a specialist. Just makes the kingdoms a bit more unique. I actually wrote an Oracle article on this a long time ago, and I think the article is still in the archives.
