Alamaze 209 - New Titan matchup

While the RD gained the first high council seat for an attractive bid of 49201 gold, the advantage was quickly lost as the WI bid 56K for the next seat and the EL dipped even deeper with a bid of 64K. Thus, Scott's perfidious legions hold a two-one advantage on the HC. Luckily, my partisans were able to state the new issue...so nobody has yet been affected by the HC.

No battles have yet been fought (aside from the mutual bloodletting on the seas turn 1).

The gods have been kind to my nation so far. The RD, GN, DA and AN were able to gain control of their regions this turn. The emissaries of Scott's kingdoms have obviously gone on an extended coffee break as they have yet to garner control of a region.

Will, imperial leader of the RD/GN/DA/AN/RA/SO

Yes, my emissaries are vacationing at DisneyWorld now, having a good time with the "Mouse", I expect them to come back soon. Gold has been tight with all the HC bidding (I actually bid almost 49K on the first seat, but the RD beat me by some chump change). Can't do alot of emissary things when your money is going on the HC seat.

I imagine the lack of land battles will end soon and Will's naturally aggressive nature will take over.

The end of turn 4 has come. The people of Synisvania have seem the light and elected to join the Sorcerer kingdom. Again, my opponents emissaries remain on coffee break, failing to yet add a region...probably because they continue to spend freely on the HC with the DE bidding a princely sum of close to 90K.

At last, there looks to be a battle with the 2RD army facing off against the 1TR army at NE....stay tuned.

Will, maybe Lord of AN/DA/GN/RA/RD/SO

So, how's this game going after the last couple of turns? Inquiring minds, and all that!

My opponent's emissaries definitely seem to have gone on strike. At the end of turn 7, the forces of light control seven regions compared to one for their perfidious opponents.
