I would think especially the RA position. Maybe contact the SO and see if you were to play the RA and you could work closely together. RA and SO work together quite a lot especially if you wish to try your hand at some artifact hunting.

The Elf starts in his own region that is probably better than the Ranger just for that reason. Put your name in as many queues as you want, when the first game fills take yourself out of the others.

I'm not sure if stated my point clear enough. I was a brand new player to game 122 that ended on turn 12.

The last thing I want to do is try and play 3 kingdoms at the same time against the most experienced players. I want to play in newbie game, or normal anonymous. I'm happy to sign up for either of those (although I didn't see anywhere to sign up for anonymous; am I missing a thread?) and bide my time until a game is full and begins.

My issue as a new player to this game is I'm paying for something I haven't been able to play for 3 weeks.

After my game ended, I got an invoice to pay. At first I ignored it because I wasn't in a game, then I got a reminder to pay, so I did, and the newbie game is still not filled.

I get that games fill slowly but why am I being billed and paying for service with out playing the game?

Or is it I'm just expected to play in any game that is open regardless of experience?

One thing I can do to move this game along is to trade out my kingdom pick from Elves to one of the remaining kingdoms, letting Gruber take command of Oakendell. I'll take the abandoned Red Dragons.

Newbie here, looking for a game. My first invoice is paid and I am ready to play. How does it work? Is this particular game appropriate for newbies? Is it slated to run 1x or 2x per week? I would like to throw my hat in the ring for the giants or the sorceror, or anything, as long as we can get a game going.
