I know that Cipher updated the status points, but I haven't found the details. Does anyone have them?

I am talking about the new Status Point Implementation that Cipher just completed. The Known Issues thread says they have been changed, but I can't find any details.

Found this Rick originally posted. This must be it?
I would object that a level 7 agent is the same as a P5 wizard however. 15 out of 15 players would choose a P5 wizards over a level 7 agent. If they wouldn't I would be happy to fight them.
What if you viewed the wizard awards as a way for the wiz kingdoms to compete in points with some of the other awards that they may be less likely to earn?
The investment for a level 7 agent is typically around 30K gold. The investment for a P5 wizard is typically around 150K gold. So at a 5X investment cost you get the same status points? This allows the wizard kingdoms to compete? Not following the logic. If the objective is solely to get status points then every wizard kingdom in the game can raise level 7 agents quicker and cheaper than a P5 wizard.
My point is that there is no reason that all methods of obtaining status points have to be even/equal. Trying to balance that doesn't add value.
Rather, the focus should be that all kingdoms can obtain status points. The argument shouldn't be that different awards are unequal -the focus of any argument should be that certain kingdoms/kingdom types may be at a disadvantage.
Since anyone can get the agents, take them out of the discussion.
Not many kingdoms can get the wizards (in any real quantity) up to the levels for status points. Just like some kingdoms will find leadership points easier to come by.
On the whole, what do you think about the balance of point awards being achieved by any given kingdom?
I don't know much about the new status points and how it's turning out for all of the kingdoms. Playing the Underworld right now in one game I like the level 7 agent point award but still feel it's overly generous.
