These stats are really going to cramp my style. I remember every game as a victory. Will be weird to see numbers that contradict that....

It all depends on how you look at it. A game that you didn't win can still be a victory. There are a lot of stats that can be improved even when someone else takes the gold. Maybe you had the best wizard so far, the highest agent, or even the greatest number of dead HPs.

The hard part for me will be those blank sections where kingdoms I haven't played will have no metrics. I can see this affecting which kingdoms I play and how I play each. Maybe I won't give you my artifacts just so you can get on the podium. Not if my stats will worsen! Maybe I'll stick around to take a few more villages or kidnap one more envoy.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.
