Because we need to release our stuff incrementally that will effect games in progress and yet to be formed, we "leak" some stuff. That's what I intend to do on a few different things to let players know its coming, but there is no specific date with any of this. Again, we are not Microsoft - we do stuff as we can - we can't give an active date, but we will let you know the day it is active.

Yes, not for any player in particular, but this diminishes the PG Rush tactic.
