Not sure the end production reads out correct, but I think that's an automatic output from the system, right?

Interesting in that it seems to take census from "our forecast for next month" and production from "production collected this month".

It is an automatic output from the main system.  Maybe when the numbers are pulled, the census is already updated in the system and just happen to match next month's count???
