I have to agree with HH and Lord Diamond here. I'm loving this new ability.

It's gonna happen. Just likely not in Classic, so Classic can remain as it is.

I'll lose a capital this turn (and I took one last turn). The effect is exaggerated in Warlords games where you have more areas scouted each turn. I'm in 3 Warlords games so I can see the difference. As I said, not complaining.
