ESO Question

If you take wizards or leaders as your ESO, does is have to be your number 1 group, or can it be any group at your capital? The rules are a little vague on that.

If my 1XX group is full and not at the capitol, what happens? Do the ESO Wizard/Leaders poof or do they go to the 2XX group or do they go to the group positioned at the capital?

Early Strategic awards always go to your 1st group. Doesn't matter where it is. If you don't have room for the brigades, leaders, wizards, then you lose the reward.
