Just FYI for Rick and anyone else interested, we're drafting right now.
We're using my team letter/draft order, but not revealing what team letter each player is, and not revealing what has been selected.
So all we know is what Kingdom we have received (and no one else's info) after each round, until at the end we have a list of our own three Kingdoms (and presumably the three unselected Kingdoms, since we get that info on T0 anyway).

Would normally love to, but we're going for maximum anonymity on the teams, so that we're forced to figure it out during play.

Per Rick's post in the General Discussion forum, I would love two per week (Wednesdays and Saturdays) processing on this game, and would be happy to pay a third slot for it.

LD is conducting the draft. It has been progressing on the slow side for a couple of reasons. One is that we are spread across the world - China, USA, and Europe I believe - which is posing a challenge because often one of us is sleeping during prime draft times. Another is that LD was doing a lot of travelling as part of his work yesterday & today, which we didn't mind but could have mentioned to you(Sorry about that). And yesterday was my anniversary and my fellow players were quite gracious about me not being available in the evening for the draft.

Thudargh has explained it well. I would add that we aren't desperate to start, and would prefer to get it right than get it fast. I'd guess we will have info to you by Friday night, hopefully for setup on Saturday.
If we end up pushing beyond that, we accept the consequence that we would have to wait until next Thursday to start.
