whats stronger, a ghoul or wight ?

Under each description it just says they are stronger than veterans

Yes. Wights are some of the strongest brigades in the game. I believe only RD and GI brigades are stronger. But they are infantry so do have to last until the infantry phase. a wight is basically 4k strength before any modifiers.

RD
GI
PH - Phoenix
TR
RA
WT
OG
BL

RyVor may have combined brigade strength with toughness, a hidden stat, when listing the brigades.

That looks about right in 2nd Cycle. Anyone think something amiss? I know Phoenix is basically unknown, Black Dragon players have been shy. But the rest, does any of that seem surprising?

I thought AN units were stronger then BL and Ogres.

AN probably next on the list, after those above. This considers both attack and toughness.
