Should be able to create it. We are signing up as 12 individuals but with the agreement as laid out by Draugr about winning:

-We all play as master / apprentice teams of two. Declare each other allies by turn 6.

-Victory will be the first team to 6 regions. No victory check made. The first team that get 6 region at any time wins. That team over the next couple turns can get 2 more regions and both declare a Rex. The effectively ends at the 6 region victory and nobody can then stop the winning team from working towards declaring victory.

Since I'm the apprentice, I can communicate via forum once every three turns (ie. turn 1, turn 4, etc.), correct?

Correct. Until turn 1 runs, and then after turn 3 runs until turn 4 runs, etc....
Taunting, occasional NAPs, and some whining is allowed.
Once the game is set up, we should open a thread in Active Games with the Game # for that.
