RA-IL how can I be sure its not an Illusion? If you give me the location, 2 options,  I will not take it untill turn 4. If not then I may take it earlier. Or you keep it and trade me a village of yours that can have a sea port.

If you had a PC in my region we could talk a out a swap or leaving them. If not then what turn will you give me to have it vacated before you take it?

WA -> NE, DE  Greetings neighbors, I believe we share some territory, I'll be leaving my PCs near you, and taking your PCs near me.  At some point in the near future I might also grab a village somewhere in your region to train troops on, you may also do the same in my region.  Just recon to make sure its empty first, I will do the same.  Cheers.

AG,

I will vacate the Town by turn 4 so you can take it on turn 5.  I can't PM you so you will have to find it.  If I can figure out a way to give you the location I will.  Thank you for being a good neighbor.

Good hunting.

RD - UN

Greetings Lord of the unseen,

We currently have a village in your region. We would be happy to turn it over to you when the time is right. Perhaps after this first winter or if needed sooner you would be willing to offer a favorable trade of foods during our winter months.

We would also like peace with you. Though we are well equipped to destroy the PCs which house your spies, we do not find this benefited either us. We would prefer to know we have a friend in the arts. Likewise I think it benefits you to have someone on your side that is a bit more physical.
