It is our wish to take control of your village without unnecessary bloodshed. If you give us the location of your village, we will give you 2 months to vacate and tax it. If you had something else to offer, such as a seaport we could make a different deal, but you are landlocked as we currently are. Feel free to offer other terms.

RA-NE Lord of the Undead, We have a peaceful village in the region of Nyrvaria. If you have a PC in our region and would like to make a deal, we are interested in such. If not, then if you would arrange a time for us to tax it and we can immediately inform you of its location.

I have a town in your region I would like to keep, let me know if you care to deal. As for moving troops into my region to train your troops, practice on your own villages : A town in a region with only 3 is a big ask coming from someone with 5 towns in their own region, what are you willing to offer?

AM - RD: Sure. We can sort out details, but I'm assuming this means you leave my PCs alone.
AM - PI: We can trade. I have a village "down there". Figure sooner than later for control purposes.
