Stormgate Control Question
#1
I am curious how or why this would happen.

In a game, I control Stormgate.  There are no emmis there, no military there.  In the regional reports, it says Stormgate is now uncontrolled.  Then lower it says I lost influence for losing control of Stormgate, yet I still control it, I even recruited from it, and no one else is present at Stormgate?

How does this happen?

Because you lowered the census by recruiting the village is now more than 40% of the regions census

Les,

Thank you, Thank you. I get it now. Recruiting did it, then I cast spells raising production and census so I gained it back. Makes perfect sense now.

Related, but not Stormgate specific. I had a division in ambush at a city, I was not attacked and thus did not retreat but an opposing army still took my city. That doesn’t seem right to me?

If they cannot see you then your not blocking them. Works same way for moving emmies past an invis or ambushing group

We all know that is all that I do. What I want to know is why HE was doing it.
