Wait, tie up people who are then split in half? Cimmerians do that? Heck, I'll bring up my palantir and watch the fun! My warlock wizards are boring anyway...

Is there an insult somewhere in there? All this sounds like the yak horn lullabies Greta RedBeard my maternal grandmother used to sing to me as she rocked my cradle with one hand, ground Underworld bone meal with the other, and sharpened swords with her toenails.

It's actually a reference to my favorite mythological weirdo, Sinus the Pine Bender:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinis_(mythology)
Sinis would force travelers to help him bend pine trees to the ground and then unexpectedly let go, catapulting the victims through the air. Alternative sources say that he tied people to two pine trees that he bent down to the ground, then let the trees go, tearing his victims apart. This led to him being called Pityocamptes (Πιτυοκάμπτης = "pine-bender").

I would like to continue the deal, I am now fighting a 2 front war as the Demon Lord has decided to involve himself in my affairs.

You have 1 opportunity to leave otherwise you will be destroyed.  I also expect reparation from the village you took and a full exit from my region.

So-Rd done, i will leave the standing order intact.

Long-term alliances frowned upon....

Are trade agreements frowned upon?  Neither Red nor myself are actively working together against any kingdoms.
This is why players are opposed to communications between kingdoms.  Players will try to bend the rules at every opportunity.  Yes, a never ending trade agreement is an alliance.
