Is it time for this thread, and for someone to figure who is what kingdom? Asking for a friend.

I'm at work, (he says with no small amount of importance, not having had a real job in years) i can do it tonight but vball usually does this.  Also im not actually 100% sure how everything is chosen.  However, if you have 4 or more points, you're in, as far as I can tell.  So, if you do have 4 or more, indicate your desire to play, and look at the kingdoms you have placed with.  Think about which one you want to play.  Painted will pick first, from probably more than half a dozen differnt kingdoms.

About 2 people with 3 points wil also be included, last I looked, about 3 ir 4 people had 3 points.

I'll obviously play the HA.

Points?

From last years championship sign up.

VBM, based on 3 points for gold, 2 points for silver, 1 point for bronze, can you determine the top 15 players (in case up to 3 in the top 12 choose not to play) in order with the kingdoms they would represent to get this thing going? This is based on completed Maelstrom Steel games. So the primary is which persona did best with each kingdom, ties going first to gold, then to total status points. Some personas will qualify for more than one kingdom, so likely we need to list the first and second persona option for the top 15 kingdoms. Please post VBM and we can hash out any discrepancies or confusion.

A win is 3 points, second place is 2, third place is 1.  For instance, I have 10, a win with TY, a win with WA, third place with DE and DA, second place with HA.

Points are only calculated from games that occured after the last championship game, being at work, not sure what game number that is.

You will have first crack at any kingdom that you have scored the most points with, for instance, I think I am first place with the DE, HA and TY.  But I am not 100% certain.  If points are even, the person with higher total status wins choice of that kingdom.

Ok, all steel games, not magic or special games.

Example: IL kingdom 2020 placements:

Strongwill 2nd place points 82115, 3rd place points 46850, and 3rd place points 28796
Vball 3rd place points 42831
Habiouscorpus 2nd place points 35784
Acererak 1st place points 64025

From Valhalla who gets to claim the Kingdom, just using as an example to clarify Smile

I'm guessing you get it with 4 points, but vball will have to verify, like I said I'm not 100% sure, wins might take presidence.

Don't really use total points as that just rewards people who play a lot. We use wins or most points per kingdom. So, usually a win will get you an invite for that kingdom. If two folks won with that kingdom, it goes by most points for that kingdom (like a win plus a 3rd place). And yes, a win beats two 2nd places as points only come in to break ties. If tied in wins and points for a particular kingdom, then status points are used. So, yes, someone like Painted Man will have several options and will get to choose first so he frees up other other choices for other folks. If we don't have 12 kingdoms with wins, then a second place might get you an invite, or even a 3rd. Finally, if we still don't have 12 kingdoms with podium spots, most status points for a kingdom could get you in. This will include all steel games completed in 2020 (but will add the couple of games that started in 2020 and recently finished). I will use today as the cutoff since the game touted as the last before the championship did end today. Will try to do this later today.
I will not be including my name in the list as I am going to take some time off.

Ace won with the kingdom, so he gets it if the above stats are complete. Otherwise, we could have someone take it over with 3 third place finishes and lots of status points over someone who took the team to the win.
Things can always change, but this is how we have done it for a few years anyway. Simply put, Ace played the kingdom best, though not the most.
