I thought the DW kingdom was going to let you join that elite cadre of awesome players who have played every kingdom in a Valhalla-eligible game.

Actually, given that there is strategy in selection, I think it would tend to throw things off and be a tad bit unfair, since the later participants are potentially making strategic selections based on what's still available (while early people had the advantage of having more choices in getting who they wanted to play). If you go that route, technically, everybody after you should be able to re-pick and that just generates more chaos. IMO, once people commit to a kingdom, they should not get to re-select later (unless they switch before anyone else joins the game). Just my 2 cents.

Personally, I don't pick based on what any one else selects. I pick based on who I'd like trying to play and think I'd have fun with. So, I'd be ok with anyone changing....me, I'm wearing the WA hat for this one and hope to really have fun with it.
