Well, it took almost 10 minutes to fill this game. So I would like us to go ahead with it. I will not charge a setup fee if Mike can make the game creation utility accomodate it, to both reward the players who joined so quickly and also in case it just doesn't work out. I think we will have the human controlled villages and towns be initially neutral so available for the additional kingdoms, but I don't want to spend a lot of programming time adding PC's, etc.
It was nice that it seems everyone got the zone they wanted. I was surprised zone 2 was the last to go. Cimmerians and Necromancer? What's not to like?
Anyway, Mike and I may need a little more discussion, but I think players know this will play differently as PC's and so resources will be scarce.
Thanks again for your enthusiasm and I hope we can provide this variant soon.

What's the turn frequency for this game?
Since this will probably be a one-time event, I'll rather manually setup this game than modify the official Alamaze program. That means that I can create this game today but I need to know what turn frequency it should be (M-W-F, T-F, ...).
I'll setup the following:
Region 1: VballMichael as Druid, Elves
Region 2: DuPont as Cimmerians, Necromancer
Region 3: Jumpingfist as Dwarves, Warlock
Region 4: Tomag Ironfist as Amazons, Sorcerer
Region 5: gkmetty as Black Dragon, Sacred Order
Region 6: Lord Thanatos as Atlantians, Demon Princes
Region 7: Son of Conan as Gnome, Halfling
Region 8: Atuan as Illusionist, Ranger
Region 9: Jhereg as Dark Elves, Lizard Men
Region 10: Lord Diamond as Ancient Ones, Nomad
With two kingdoms each more than two turns per week will be a burden for me.

I didn't realize what the coding requirements for this custom game would be. So I'm having Mike do a lot of extra work, and not charging a setup fee as we don't know how well it will turn out.
Let's go with the Wed - Saturday schedule. Not asking for a vote.
We have so many formats and variants, I think to get back to our agenda, we won't add additional ones for awhile, apart from Duel. I take responsibility for moving too fast on this one.
