I think I'd prefer after the teams are decided and the order of choice determined, that the confederations are just posted here. So sort of like "silent". I think mentors will help the new players by being able to express about the other experienced players to their neophyte. Just send an email to signup when all five teams and positions have been determined.

Perhaps trainees pick your mentors first come first to get. No specific order just copy and past from before

I have been on the wrong of nearly everyone listed. I have also had some limited cooperation with Atuan. If the noobs are picking then I will go with Atuan if he is agreeable.
