It is in the player aid, but here you go:

Centurion 5%
Captain 6%
Captain Major 7%
General 10%
Major General 11%
Commander 12%
Marshal 15%
Grand Marshal 16%
Lord Commander 17%
Warlord 25%
 Lord Diamond

Hey LD, is ther a player aid that I missed?  I still have the one from 2nd cycle and it does not have the Leader ranks for 3rd cycle.  Thanks
