Fair enough.
Sorcerer, as you say "This is a game of strategy, and this forum is but 1 part of that, limited though it may be. " I fully agree, and the restrictions to communicate only at certain times are critical to that strategy. Breaking that rule can REALLY ruin another player's strategy so lets all agree to re-read the rules and follow them going forward.

Turn 10 results : Congrats to anyone who got their ESO rewards. To RD, my military is there in your region for sole purpose of visiting my PC's and pursuing a special encounter. Should be out of there in couple turns. To the Elf if its you : please cease your lev 4 agent standing order recon on Gundibar unless you intend to target the city. Also, thanks to whomever slept my emmy this turn, i cant yet determine a purpose for it. To anyone: would like to know who controls city of Cradia.

It appears that mistrust abounds in our little world. Like the darkelf king reports, I too recently had an emissary slept - at Zarathon. I can think of 2 possible motives. One is to slow me down in taking it. Now the Dragon king invited me to take it so he is out. The sorceror could certainly do far worse to me if he so chose. I have not heard much from the Elf king but it seems a long way to go to harass me. The second would be to sow the seeds of mistrust.
To the Darkelf king: I am curious as to why you sent an emissary to my town in Southern sands. You are either planning a move into runnemede, you mean to take the town from me, or you expected it to be neutral and were either trying to take the Southern sands or make it harder for me to take it. In the current climate I suspect that one kingdom taking 3 regions would become an automatic target of the others since he would then only be a single region away from winning.
Also, Might I suggest a counterespionage order in Kundibar? You would abate the nuisance and possibly find out who is behind it.

To the mighty Red Dragon King, we remain grateful for your earlier gesture of non hostile actions at Gundibar and have no intent to smite the hand that was offered in friendship.
To the Underworld King, we have used a high level agent to intercept the 'enemy' agent and we now believe we know who is responsible and where they are. You sent an emissary to one of our towns in E Steppe which we control last turn. Southern Sands is not controlled and it appears that you and i both are targeting PC's there. At this time i know not which are human, neutral or player controlled. We are not attempting to take control of S Sands, we simply seek Substantial influence there since we are friendly to the natives. We have no intention of revolting or attacking any of your PC's regardless of region but ask that you refrain from attempting to take any human controlled PC's in our regions of control. We know which ones remain that are human and will take those in E Steppe and Synisvania regardless of who comes in to take those in the last season forward.

Do you control Southern Sands? Would you prefer it more that i take PC's in Amberland while your emissaries are in E Steppe? I am not intending to take control of S Sands. If i inadvertently do that, here are locations of 3 villages and a town you can take to regain control if that happens since we wont be able to speak for 3 turns. WS, VT, VW, WR. Now would you like to relenquish locations of PC's you were targeting in E Steppe or Synisvania?

I am not targeting anything nor do I own anything in eastern steppes or synisvania. You have laid claim to eastern steppes as I have laid claim to southern sands. You have requested that no one take pop centers in ES. I am doing the same in SS
